Rolling to the Powder:  Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: a. Prizes: Prizes are open to anyone, at any age, that can fill out an application by themselves. b. Scholarships: The scholarship is open to anyone between 17-22 years of age who is enrolled in or planning to enroll in a trade school or an accredited college or university in the United States.

2. Application: All applicants must submit their entry no later than September 30, 2023, by filling out the form at www.apriloaks.com/ski.

3. Prizes: Several random prizes will be given at random times. The larger publicized prizes, including the Snowbird stay and 3 day Ikon pass, will be announced by October 15, 2023. The way the prize recipients are selected is at the sole discretion of April Oaks PC.

4. Scholarships: By October 15, 2023, three scholarship recipients will be selected. One recipient will be selected randomly, while the other two recipients will be selected for the quality of their entry. Each of the three $500 scholarships will be awarded directly to the recipient's school in the form of a check or electronic transfer. The scholarship award may be used to cover any educational expenses.

5. Idea Sharing: All ideas shared in each individual's submission may be shared with the public in an effort to improve transportation up Utah's Cottonwood Canyons.

6. Notification: The scholarship and prize recipients will be notified by any contact methods they have included in their submission. If a recipient does not respond to April Oaks PC within two weeks of being notified they have won, the prize or scholarship may be awarded to an alternate candidate.

7. Publicity: Anyone who submits an entry at www.AprilOaks.com/ski agrees to allow the scholarship sponsor, April Oaks PC, to use their name, address city, social media account names, and ideas submitted in their application, in publicity materials.

8. Disqualification: April Oaks PC reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who fails to meet the eligibility criteria, provides false or misleading information, or engages in any conduct that is deemed inappropriate or unethical.

9. Changes: April Oaks PC reserves the right to modify the scholarship program and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

10. Privacy: April Oaks PC will not share or sell any personal information collected from applicants.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, where April Oaks PC is located. Any legal action arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts of that state.
